With all the build up to the big day (Tomorrow, Blogopolis) I have spent ages trying to work out what to wear. Yes, silly and girly I know. But these things are important. At least in my head.

If I wear the wrong thing will I be ostracized? Become twitter fodder quicker than my foot steps in the door? So in an effort to prevent this being my fate I headed off to my beloved Bourke St Mall. Zara looked good but was still really busy and nothing was quite just what I wanted. David Jones was really busy and I couldn’t seem to find a changing room to save myself. are we seeing a theme here?

Dear Melbourne,
Hurry up with the construction of Melbourne Emporium so I have more choices without having to leave the CBD!

Then into Myer and their Leona Edmiston concession I stumbled. They are having a massive up to 70% off sale, have a great range of beautiful fabrics, slightly quirky designs and have a gorgeous vintage feel.

I have been eying off a dress from this Australian Fashion label ( I love that its Australian) for some time and with such a great sale on I finally stepped up and purchased it. Yay. It’s all about the random floral pattern, batwing sleeves and super snuggliness.

  1. I had the delight of sitting next to Melbournian Girl at table 11 for NuffNang Blogopolis, – having met for the very first time, but felt I knew her a little, as I follow her on Twitter.

As a Personal Fashion Stylist, I am happy to report to her followers that the Melbournian Girl looked beautiful and feminine in her lovely dress. The only thing to outshine it, was her warm and friendly smile.

Watch this space readers – prepare to be giddy with excitement & anticipation for many a fabulous post coming your way from Melbournian Girl!
