Heaven Scent at Kliens Perfumery…
This is one of those shops. The ones you step into and for a moment it feels like you are somewhere else. Located on Brunswick St, Fitzroy, nestled amongst vintage stores, record shops and restaurants this place is devine. Kleins is designed around perfume and all things that smell good (except for the perfume entitled dirt...yup I know). They also carry an impressive range of skincare, beauty and candle products. It is long and narrow and absolutely feels like an adult candy store with things arranged ... Read More

A little bit blue…
So this weekend I am heading to a 'little bit blue' party. And being me I had nothing that would work for this theme and decided I needed a turquoise necklace (neither my turquoise ring or earrings were quite right). A Royal Wedding Party…
To celebrate the nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton some friends and I gathered for a night of cheesiness and to watch The Ceremony. To entertain the girls I provided them with paperclips and a paper sapphire to play 'create your own Kate Middleton Engagment necklace' as I had made them matching paper rings. I decorated my apartment with Union Jacks and two creepily framed ... Read More

Myer Melbourne Windows, April…
I love looking in the windows along Bourke St Mall. Planning new outfits and being inspired by which bizarre way they intend to showcase their items, on dining plates, on a revolving platform, in giant see through transfers...you get the picture. Myer often makes a special effort here and their current windows are no exception...100 years in style... ... Read More

Red Hill escape…
This weekend my friends, Binky and I packed up shop and headed to the hill, well Red Hill actually, to take full advantage of the five day Easter Break. We rented a glorious big holiday house with four bedrooms a fireplace and a back garden for Binky. The plan was to do very little, read, day dream and drink wine. In the end it was a lovely blend of day trips and snuggling on the sofa. Red Hill is located on the Mornington Peninsula about an hours drive out of Melbourne in a beautiful wine region ... Read More
