A visit to Maling Rd, Canterbury, is a little like stepping back in time, so every so often when you feel the pull to spend some leisurely time brunching and browsing this is the perfect spot. The verandah lined streets are filled with gift shops, antiques, boutiques, jewelers and cafes. I, like so many girls (and guys) out there have a love affair with stationery. There is something about it that compels me to stroke notebooks lovingly, look longingly at piles of card stock and insanely hoard writing paper that I stopped using decades ago. The Tea Room at the NGV…
This isn't nannaville or mum & bub central although all of the above would be happy here. This is a city find!!
